Our offices are located in Central London, close to Moorgate and the Bank of England, and we are happy to meet clients at our client offices. All meetings should be arranged in advance to ensure that the correct lawyers are available. Due to abuse of the system, we no longer provide a drop-in service, although we can at very short notice either arrange for our client offices to be available or to visit your offices.

As part of our operations, we carry extremely sensitive material and our client offices are not where our lawyers work on a daily basis (although the client offices are close to our actual offices).

We regularly sweep our offices for eavesdropping devices and this has proven very instructive in the past.

If you wish to meet us at your offices but are concerned about internal or external security, we have a fully equipped mobile office which we can make available for meetings of no more than 4 people including our lawyers. We can guarantee this location is secure.

As a result of security concerns, we do not publish our physical address and all correspondence is routed through an administrative facility at Rahere House, 59 Broomfield Avenue, London N13 4JR where all documents are scanned electronically, subjected to our encryption process and methodologies and security shredded.

We only retain documents electronically as we believe this is the only way that in today’s modern environment, sensitive documents can be retained securely.

Clients are asked not to send original documents to us. In certain cases, we will digitally scan, digitally sign and digitally notarise documents. If you hold a document purporting to be notarised by us, you can check this online here.
