Non-Disclosure & Confidentiality Agreement

As one of the most common documents needed at the start of any business proposal, we're often asked to provide a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) for our clients. This is the first step to protecting your business plans (although you should also consider patenting developments). A bespoke NDA can cost you up to $1000 with many law firms; however what your paying for is a template that is topped and tailed and usually done so by a first year law trainee.

Domain Dispute Discussions Confidentiality Agreement
Some Domain Dispute Processes allow without prejudice material to be put before the Panel. This is not appropriate whichever side you are on....... Whether you're making offers to try to buy the domain before going to dispute process or setting out your reasons for holding the domain. So before you start to discuss any domain dispute, both you and the the other party should execute this Agreement. (The Agreement excludes any use of material marked "without prejudice" before a Domain Dispute Panel and allows you to obtain injunctive relief against the other party if they try to use it)......
